Can I bring my cat or dog?
Cats and dogs are allowed in all our cabins, however, it's your responsibility that they do not destroy anything, and you need to clean properly after your pets. Our final cleaning add-on does not include cleaning after pets.
Remember that we have many different animals on the campsite, some are loose like the chicken, so all pets must be leashed at all times.
Can we see and feed the reindeer?
Yes, visitors can see and feed our reindeer, providing a unique and memorable wildlife experience. This event must be pre-booked atleast one day in advance. Contact us for more information.
Do you have availability during the Jokkmokk Winter Market?
Due to high demand, cabins normally needs to be book atleast one year ahead of the winter market. Camping spots normally needs to be booked three months in advance.
If you can't find a free campspot or cabin on our webpage online booking then there is nothing available.
Can I check-in late in the evening?
If you book online and pre-pay your stay with us we will make sure that you can check-in by yourself at whatever time that suits you the best.
Please let us know in advance if you need bedlinen so that we can prepare before it gets too late.
